Geocoded lists of all Qualified Census Tracts are available in WinZip-archived dBase files. | 2019 | 2020 | 2020 QCTs Effective date: The effective date of the 2020 QCTs and DDAs is January 1, 2020 . The 2020 QCTs are based on MSA definitions published in OMB Bulletin No. 15-01 on July 15, 2015 and data from the 2010 Decennial Census and three sets of 5-year tabulations of the American Community Survey (2011 to 2015; 2012 to 2016; and 2013 to 2017).
